
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link or tracking number via email or SMS. Visit the courier’s website, enter the provided tracking number, and you’ll be able to view the current status and expected delivery date.
What is your return policy?
Generally, orders cannot be refunded once dispatched or delivered. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within two calendar days of delivery with a photo for proof. We’ll evaluate your request and assist you accordingly.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You may cancel your Book Club subscription at any time via your account dashboard. If cancelled before the next billing cycle, your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
